| Exclusions from the “Three Guarantees” scope and content include: 1. Malfunctions caused by the user’s failure to follow the instructions for use, maintenance, and adjustment as stipulated in the user manual. 2. Damage or malfunction resulting from the user’s own modifications, disassembly, or repairs that destroy the original condition of the fault, rendering technical assessment and analysis impossible. 3. Faults attributed to improper use, storage by the user, or accidental incidents. 4. Vehicles without a warranty card, without an invoice, or where the card and item do not match. 5. Items prone to damage or consumption are not covered by the “Three Guarantees” (such as brake pads, inner and outer tires, fuses, light bulbs, etc.) 6. Battery issues such as swelling or deformation due to severe depletion and extended rapid charging times. 7. Costs for repairs carried out without the consent of the authorized service personnel.Warranty principles: 1. For faults outside the “Three Guarantees” scope and for major components after the “Three Guarantees” period, the factory is still responsible for repairs but may charge accordingly. 2. For battery replacements after the “Three Guarantees” period, the factory will supply them at the manufacturing price, provided that the old batteries are returned one-for-one to the battery manufacturer to prevent environmental pollution. |
